Returns Instruction

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE –

If you have not already contacted us, please contact us first, before proceeding. 

All devices must be returned with all pass code & locks removed.

If any of the below procedures are not performed, we will be required to ship the items back to you.  Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully prior to preparing & shipping your return package.

 

Required in the package (required):

  • Order ID #
  • Device
  • Original Device Box
  • Original Accessories

How to remove pass code & locks (required):

For Apple iPhone/iPad, click here
  1. Click “Settings”
  2. Scroll down and click “iCloud”
  3. Find “Find My iPhone” and turn it off
  4. Enter password for your Apple ID
  5. Go back to “Settings”
  6. Click “General”
  7. Click “Reset”
  8. Click “Erase All Content and Settings”

 

For Samsung Phones, click here

Galaxy S5, Note 4 & below

  1. Click “Apps”
  2. Scroll down and click “Security” under System – If you don’t see “Security”, select the “System” first
  3. Find “Reactivation Lock” and un-check – If you do not see the Reactivation Lock option, your device is not linked to a Samsung Account.  Skip to step 5
  4. Enter password for your Samsung Account
  5. Go back to “Settings”
  6. Scroll up and click “Backup and reset” under Personalization
  7. Click “Factory data reset”
  8. Click “Reset Device”
  9. Click “Delete All”

Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S7, S7 Edge, Note 5 & up

  1. Click “Apps”
  2. Click “Settings”
  3. Scroll down and click “Lock screen and security”
  4. Click “Find My Mobile”
  5. Enter password for your Samsung Account
  6. Turn off Reactivation Lock
  7. Go back to “Settings”
  8. Scroll down and find “Backup and reset”
  9. Click “Factory data reset”
  10. Click “Reset Device”
  11. Click “Delete All”

 

For any other Android Mobile/Tablet (Android 5.1 and up), click here
  1. Click “Apps”
  2. Click “Settings”
  3. Scroll and click “Accounts” option
  4. Select Google
  5. Select your account
  6. On the top right corner, click Menu (3 vertical dots)
  7. Click “Remove account”
  8. Click “Remove Account”
  9. Click “OK”
  10. Enter password/pin for your Google account
  11. Repeat step 5 through 8 until all associated accounts are removed
  12. Go back to “Settings”
  13. Scroll down and find “Backup and reset”
  14. Click “Factory data reset”
  15. Click “Reset Device”
  16. Click “Delete All”

 

For Windows Phone, click here
  1. Click “Settings”
  2. Click “Update & security”
  3. Click “Find My Phone”
  4. Turn off all features under this option
  5. Go back to “Settings”
  6. Click “System”
  7. Click “About”
  8. Scroll down and click “Reset your phone”

 

Highly recommended:

  • Remove SIM Card
  • Remove SD Card

In order to protect our customer’s privacy, we immediately destroy any extra items included with the returned device.

For example, if the device has an SD card or SIM card inserted, they will be removed and destroyed and therefore we will be unable to send them back to you.
