Warranty

All of our Smartphones and Tablets are International Version, Factory Unlocked devices, unless otherwise specified. Some items could be Chinese or Korean version sold under International Version, but they will be usable in USA and come Unlocked for GSM SIM card just like International Version models.

Therefore, our devices do not have manufacturer warranty in USA, however they can have in Southeast Asia such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Dubai, North Africa or Middle East Regions, and sometimes European Warranty if item is from Europe market.

Only selected items will have manufacturer warranty and it will be stated in the product description. Some items sold if have USA Warranty it will be stated in Title and Description of the item.

NGP_Store_USA offers 30-day warranty for all of our devices. After 30 days please contact Manufacturer of the item, we will not be responsible.

This warranty service is available for hardware and software defects only.

Any damage caused by modification, accident, or testing will not be covered.

Cancellation

Order can be cancelled by customer anytime, before it is shipped.

However, after the shipment is picked up by carrier, we cannot guarantee cancellation of the shipment.

In such case, customer will be required to accept the package, and return to us at their cost.

If shipment is rejected due to change of mind, FedEx surcharge maybe deducted from full refund.

Returns

We accept most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost.

If the return is not result of our error, re-stocking fee of minimum 20% may be applied depending on the condition of the item.

This includes, but not limited to, change of mind, failure to check network compatibility or wrong item/quantity ordered.

Any item return in Physical Damaged condition such as dropped with visble dents, bent phone or water damaged phone, return will automatically be rejected and customer will be notified, customer can send pre-paid shipping label and we can ship item back with customer pre-paid label only, we will not be paying to ship damaged item back to customer.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If item is refused because you are unable to pay Custom Fees, we will be charging minimum 20% restocking fee and some shipping fees to Customer and from Customer will be charged as well.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Shipping

Domestic US customer, please enjoy our free expedited shipping.

International customers will have flat rate shipping depending on the region.

Delivery

Please be advised that all of our shipment requires direct signature for any item over $500, for any under $500 we will be choosing to which areas and address to include Signature and which area we will not include.

Please inspect package upon delivery for any damage.

If you have any doubt that package might be damaged or altered, please  do not accept the package.

If package is accepted, we will assume that package was in good condition at the time of delivery. Unless customer reported issue with delivery agent, any claim of damaged item will be denied.

If package is refused without valid reason, minimum of 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Forwarding Address

NGP will ship to forwarding company or address.  However, we are not responsible for any products shipped & delivered to forwarder.

Once your forwarder signed and received the package, then the responsibility of the shipment is on the forwarder, not NGP.

Please contact your forwarder prior to contacting us regarding any damages/missing package.

Address Change

Shipping address can not be changed once order has gone through payment gateway successfully.

If you need an item to be shipped to different address, please contact us immediately, and we’ll cancel the order for full refund.

Then, you will need to place new order with correct address.

We cannot cancel order for address change once order has been processed and shipped.

Please take action to be available to receive and sign for the package, or work with local FedEx station for pick up.

Price Adjustment

Please be advised that in order to provide with best pricing for our customers, we are unable to adjust our prices after the purchase.  And any returns due to pricing issue will require restocking fee of minimum 20% to be applied, unless it was NGP’s mistake. Just like stock market, prices for Electronics can go up and down depending on USA dollar vs International currencies and some days prices can be cheaper and some more expensive, once you place order it is a contract between NGP LLC and you as customer and you agree to that price that you saw and placed order for that price at that time.
